Daily Decision-PRO Update:

As you are likely aware, we introduced the new Daily Decision-PRO service on September 1st. The service is designed for active, sophisticated investors who are able to trade markets on a real-time basis and can accept the risks involved with short-term, swing, and day-trading, as well as options and leveraged ETF's.

The past 3 days have been a nice start to September, and a strong continuation of the rally that started 6 days ago.

But (you knew that was coming, right), the various market indices have now entered areas of resistance, a number of short-term indicators have reached extreme oversold levels, and sentiment has seen a dramatic shift toward the positive.

The current advance, starting from the 8/26 low, is the third rally we have seen since entering our current trading range with the May plunge from the April peak. With all the hoopla in the media, you may find it interesting to know that by some measures I follow the present run is, so far, weaker than the prior two.

Experience and observation led me to begin fading this rally Friday by doing some small trades which established a minor/modest position in the SDS Sept $29 Calls. For now I am only looking for a short-term dip in the market, but that may change as next week's trading unfolds.

Between patio parties and college football games I will attempt to provide more info.

The rally can continue, maybe without even a pause, we all know there are no guarantees. However, we deal in probabilities, and must make decisions in an imperfect environment. That's the game we've chosen to play.
