Economic Update: Producer Price Index for November
The Producer Price Index for November was reported at +1.8%, which was above the consensus of +0.8%
When you strip out food and energy, the so-called Core Rate came in at +0.5%, which was also above the expectations for a reading of +0.2%
The October PPI and Core rates were unrevised at +0.3% and -0.6% respectively
