Economic Update: October Construction Spending
The Commerce Department reported that Construction Spending in October was flat at $910.8 billion, which was actually above the consensus expectation for a decline of -0.5%
However, the September figures were revised down significantly. The Commerce Department now says September construction spending fell by 1.6 percent, its sharpest monthly fall since a 2.8 percent decline last January.
