Economic Update: CoreLogic Home Price Index
The CoreLogic Home Price Index rose for a 11th consecutive month in January.
On a twelve-month basis, prices were up +9.7%, which was the biggest annual increase since April 2006.
On a monthly basis, home prices increased basis by +0.7% in January.
This is another in a long string of reports showing that the housing market is improving.
