Europe Update: Portugal Won’t Ask For More Funding
Reuters is reporting that Portugal’s Prime Minister says Portugal will not renegotiate bailout deal and will not ask for more funding.
The PM also said that Portugal's bailout will not fail. Recall that the WSJ had reported earlier in the day that that investors were becoming increasingly concerned that Portugal would need a second bailout or to restructure existing debt.
