Europe Update: ECB Leaves Rates at 1%
The ECB announced that it will leave interest rates unchanged at 1% at its monthly meeting Thursday. The rate remains the lowest on record.
Reuters suggested that the bank is pausing to assess the impact of the rate cuts made at the prior two meetings.
Attention will now shift to Mario Draghi’s press conference at 13:30 London Time.
