All About Europe
Today is clearly all about Europe. First, some might say the ECB’s decision to step back and buy bonds is an admission of how bad things are getting in Spain and Italy - and that a bailout is on the horizon (a bailout that the current EFSF couldn't handle). And second we're hearing rumors of Pan-European banks in trouble. Nothing to confirm at this point but the weakness is fairly extreme.
