EU/IMF/ECB Says Greece Will Get Cash
Reuters is reporting that the Troika of the EU, the IMF and the ECB has said that the next tranche of bailout funds for Greece is expected to be available in July.
EU/IMF/ECB also said that Greece achieved significant progress, fiscal, structural reforms must be stepped up. EU/IMF/ECB expects the economy to stabilize at the turn of the year.
"Overall, significant progress, in particular in the area of fiscal consolidation, has been achieved during the first year of the adjustment program," according to the statement provided Friday.
The news has led to a surge in the Euro and a rally in stocks here in the U.S.
